Veggies are delicious and it's all about changing your tastes. I am also off sugar and salty snacks. I eat lots of fruits and veggies now. My sole indulgence is a glass of red wine after dinner. In just a couple of months, I shed pounds and body fat. I also have more energy.
Nothing wrong with a good glass of wine. The surprise was how quickly my taste changed. I crave produce now more than anything.
